For diffuser:
Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser with water. Run for 30–60 minute sessions.

For skin (diluted):
Mix 2–3 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (coconut, almond, or jojoba). Apply to pulse points, neck, or feet. Do not apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin.

For bath:
Add 5–8 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil first, then add to bathwater. Never add undiluted oil directly to bath.

For sleep:
Add 2 drops to your pillow or diffuse 30 minutes before bed.

For yoga/meditation space:
