Amayah Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order.
- Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number / AWB (airway bill) to track your shipment.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Methods & Estimates:
- Standard shipping (via local courier partners): Estimated 3–6 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping (where available): Estimated 1–3 business days. -
Shipping Charges: Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, total order weight/volume, and selected shipping method.
Example: Free standard shipping on orders above ₹499. - Delivery Exceptions: Orders to remote locations or those placed during peak times / holidays may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
3. International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations. International shipping options will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping Timeframes: Depending on destination and courier, estimated delivery typically ranges between 7–21 business days.
- Costs: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country, package weight/volume, and chosen shipping method.
- Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Amayah is not responsible for customs delays or extra charges.
- Customs Documentation: Necessary documents (invoice, packing list, etc.) will be attached with your order, but clearance timelines depend on destination country regulations.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and link will be sent to you.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
5. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at amayah2701@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery.
- Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos (if damaged). We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund.
- Please note: once a package is marked “delivered” by the courier, Amayah is not responsible for loss or theft.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or APO/FPO-style addresses.
- Certain items (large, heavy, or restricted by local law) may not be eligible for international shipping. If applicable, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.
7. Packaging & Eco-Friendly Promise
- We package all orders using eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible.
- Fragile items like essential oils are shipped with protective wrapping (e.g., kraft paper, biodegradable cushioning) to ensure safe transit.
8. Policy Updates
We review and update this Shipping Policy periodically whenever there are changes in courier partners, shipping zones, costs, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
