Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Returns:
- You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 5 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the exchange process within 5 days of the delivery date.
- The item being exchanged must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact our customer service team at amayah2701@gmail.com  within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
2. Provide your order number and details regarding the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds and Exchanges Process:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return/exchange policy criteria.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
- Exchanged items will be shipped out as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

Please Note:
- Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items unless it was due to an error on our part.
