Return & Refund Policy – Amayah

Our Return & Refund Policy

At Amayah Organics, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is missing from your order

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging and share unboxing photos or a video as proof when raising a request.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially burned
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Orders where the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@amayahorganics.in with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect product

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the source account (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising the request

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective item, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@amayahorganics.in.
