At Amayah, we strive to deliver your order safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India only via our various logistics partner.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 working days

Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 7 PM. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the Shiprocket tracking portal or the courier partner's website.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos or a video at the time of unboxing and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amayahorganics.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
