How to use Bergamot Essential Oil

• Mood uplift and stress relief (diffuser): Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser with water. Run in the morning for an energising start to the day, or in the evening to unwind after a stressful day. Blends beautifully with Lavender (1:1) for a calming-uplifting combination, or with Peppermint (2:1) for a bright, focused morning blend.
• Skin brightening and calming (diluted): Mix 2–3 drops per teaspoon of rosehip or jojoba carrier oil. Apply as a face serum or body moisturiser. Bergamot has documented antibacterial properties that help with acne-prone skin, and the calming compounds support an even skin tone over consistent use. 
• Bath ritual: Add 5–6 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil or whole milk (to disperse the oil safely in water), then add to your bath. The bergamot aroma fills the bathroom and penetrates the steam for a genuinely spa-like unwinding experience.
